the opportunity to enjoy aroma as Mother Nature intended.
Because interpretation of smell varies from individual to individual,
participants will explore a variety of aromatherapy scents and learn how to carefully
select and blend according to their own preferences. Discussions include whole foods,
massage and bath oils, herbs, and a variety of essential oils to enrich your personal
space and more.
INTRODUCTION TO AROMATHERAPY
Primarily focused on single scents, this course will familiarize participants with several common and exotic essential oils. After in-depth discussions of their historical and safe use, class time will involve simple blends of essential oils in pre-mixed base oils and powders.

INTERMEDIATE AROMATHERAPY
This course is for those who have a basic understanding of aromatherapy and wish to learn complex blending of several essential oils. Participants will be encouraged to create their own synergistic combination and share results during class. Discussions will include the art of complex blending for perfumery, cosmetic and simple remedies for self-care. Learn practical and safe household remedies.

ADVANCED AROMATHERAPY: MORE THAN ESSENTIAL OILS
In this course, participants will be encouraged to custom blend base oils or powders prior to the addition of essential oils for a more unique and personal effect. Discussions will cover some unexpected uses for aromatic resources, such as advanced medicinal, psychological, cosmetic and culinary aromatherapy.
