Occasionally, we are approached by an organization hosting an event or a charitable function seeking an item to raffle, auction or gift to someone.

Currently, we are very active with the Sovereign Nation of Yamassee Seminole Tribe, and often are in the position of asking ourselves. Also, having been an event promoter myself, I understand how difficult it is to obtain corporate donations.

We are a small company, but have a firm belief of "giving back" when you prosper. Simply put, being blessed allows you to be a blessing to others. All that said, here are the requirements . . .

BEFORE you ask :

* Must have at least 50 attendees (i.e. award ceremony), or be a public event.

* Must have an Internet presence on either a published website for the organization, or listings on public event calenders. Vital information about the event, including location, dates and times, etc. must be posted.

* Must be well advertised (if a public event) at least 45 days in advance to be considered. It would be optimum to have 90 days lead-time so that your advertising would reflect our participation.

IF we agree to donate :

* Our banner must be displayed on your contributor's page, which will be verified before any donation will be sent. If there isn't a website for the organization, a suitable arrangement will be discussed.

* After your event, a list of attendees (in the case of an award ceremony), or list of recipients (in the case of a public event) will need to be sent so we can verify their participation. This will only be used to confirm their qualification when they claim their prize. We will not use this list for any other purpose.

WHAT we will donate :

* At our discretion, we will either donate gift certificates, specific items or give a coupon. If a coupon is given, you may print as many as needed for your "goodie bags" or to give to your attendees directly. Events that are open to the public without an admission fee will be given preference over events that charge.

In addition to describing the event, including it's purpose, mission or function; please email us the following information so that we can process your request :

* Name of requestor
* Name of contact person if different from requestor
* Name of organization
* Name of event

* Website URL
* Mailing address
* Phone number

* Date of event
* Location of event
* Anticipated attendance
* List of current forms of advertising
